Direct Debit Mandate

A direct debit mandate, also known as a Direct Debit Instruction (DDI), is an authorisation from a customer to a business or service provider, allowing the latter to collect payments directly from the customer’s bank account on a predetermined schedule.

tip

This mandate is essential for setting up direct debit payments and ensures that the business can collect future payments without requiring further action from the customer each time a payment is due.
